I'll do the usual list form of reply :)

• First off I'll mention the songs, which with exception of Welcome To The Club are of the wrong genre. Nightcore doesn't just mean that a song is sped up, it means that it's sped up AND has a particular sound, so try to keep that in mind. • The overlay template you use is pretty nice, though I'd like the first two rows of text to have slightly more transparent reflections. It's a bit distracting right now :P
• Don't resize your images to fit the frame, that makes them look squashed and ugly, you should crop them instead. This can be done easily in After Effects by choosing "fit to comp width" when adding the image (sometimes it's "fit to comp height"), and then drag the image up or down to find the perfect view.
• Your audio quality, at least for the songs I checked, is quite low. Make sure to use high quality source files (192-320kbps MP3 or 160-256kbps M4A) and keep the quality similarly high when exporting. It's also important that your sample rate stays at 44.1kHz throughout the whole process, which is something that a lot of people forget to change when choosing render settings in After Effects. (the YouTube presets default to 48kHz)
