What is the weirdest anime you've ever seen?

I started wondering about this because i just saw B gata H kei and it was so weird, using terms like
"grind your sex power" and i was all like wtf. also a girl that wants to have sex with 100 guys and an incest freak makes japanese scholars think that British persons have houses that are 1km big and that being British/study there makes you the best at every learnable skill...

Tell me about the weirdest anime/manga you've ever seen/read, and also why i'ts so weird. also i'd like to know about real weird scentences used in the anime/manga :P

I've seen B Gata H Kei myself (I've read the manga also), B Gata H Kei is translated in the anime as B-type, H-style, in which the B would probably refer to Yamada's cup size and H to her mindset (hentai) xD


And as for the weirdest anime I've ever seen... FLCL (aka Fooly Cooly), for sure

Plot Summary: Naota is a normal Japanese 6th grade boy (although a little cynical), but when his older brother leaves for America to play baseball, his brother leaves his homeless 17 year old girlfriend Mamimi behind. Mamimi is sending mixed signals and advances to Naota, and he doesn't know what to do about her. But to make matters worse, Naota's world is totally turned upside down when he is run over by a woman on a Vespa. During their first encounter, she hits him over the head with her guitar, which then causes a horn to grow out of his forehead. She calls herself "Haruko" and her presence changes Naota's life to even further insanity.

It's a short (6 episodes) anime. The storyline doesn't really make any sense, and about everything that happens is just weird.. lol
I asked my friend to watch it and he said the guys who made it must've been high on something when they made it xD
Even so, I can't explain why, but I liked FLCL alot ;D I can even say that it is one of my favorite animes I've ever seen. The soundtrack's awesome (The Pillows ftw) and I love the characters ^^ Mamimi is still one of my favorite characters in all animes I've seen ^^

With all the switching and random face turns and rotations. It also has random flashbacks that are never actually explained, but it actually is a good story. weird, but sweet

Well i've seen seikon no qwaser and i think its a great anime.. not wierd... :P

I hate naruto, bleach, lucky star, melancholy of haruhi suzumiya and all the other generic "moe" type anime. Death note was alright until it became too overrated and everyone started fangirling and fanboying over it. Code geass alright, it wasnt as great as they hype it up to be, and so far as D gray man, the manga was wayy better!

So, you just hate all those animes just because they are known? I didn't watch bleach or naruto because I don't like fight animes, so, I can't say anything about them, but I think it's idiot you just don't like cuz they're known. Correct me If I'm wrong about you said, I understood this.

I agree with the both of you, you shouldn't not like them because other people do but I also understand the fact that so many animes are overrated that they get annoying (Lucky star)

this is by far the most off the wall wierdoest anime i have ever seen its called ping pong club its draws back me a lot of years 1995 something like that

Inaho Jr. High's Boys Ping Pong Club has only 6 members, the club minimum. Takeda is your average nice guy. Kinoshita is good looking and popular with girls. Unfortunately, the rest are branded as losers. Tanabe is too foreign, while Tanaka is petite and perverse. Maena and Izawa are truly deviant, and their crazed antics have earned the team some powerful enemies. In spite of their differences, the team needs to work together to retain their practice room and club status.

I saw the first episode of Lucky Star and I thought it was pretty weird.

lol i agree lucky star is kinda weird i have seen them all but first was funny and weird at the same time tho

also death is ok at first but gets weird and more confusing towards the end

also i have seen to love ru which was kinda weird and funny

Why so hipster? Just because something is popualr doesn't mean it is bad. The authors never left their original path and produced the manga they wanted to produce with little to no influence from their manager and the like.

Also, none of the anime mentionned above is weird. Weird refers to what is unusual, strange and often frightening. Anime listed above were only fantasy anime. Try a manga like Tomie if you want something weird, else change the title of your thread :P

hilarious, but odd.

mine has to be Onii-chan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!! it is ecchi but a little to ecchi for my taste XD

At first I thought Elfen Lied was an extremely weird anime because I was little when I watched it and I only watched the first 5 minutes of the 1st episode

Corpse Party messed me up BIG TIME. I stopped watching B Gata H Kei because of the H scenes. One Room was not just weird, it was super creepy. Also, B Gata H Kei means "B-Cup Slut". XD
