Lost all my data T_T

Recently my original 60gb ps3 that i had modded to be 320gb broke down -.- I lost about 250gb's of saves and data for about 70 different games T_T i still have the saves on the actual HDD its on.. but like whenever i put it back in the PS3 it wants to format it first b4 use D'X any bright ideas on how i can copy the stuff on the HDD to a computer or back onto the ps3 by anychance?

You throw your PS3 at somebody, stating it is a piece of shit and they can have it
free of charge.

Secondly:
Walk into a store that is widely known
for selling Xbox 360's.

Thirdly:
Buy the Xbox 360.
