Re: any one here a fan of witcher 2
The witcher 2 is an amazing game, but also very taxing on the PC lol.
I didn't like how they vastly changed the fighting system between 1 and 2, but that being said 2 is an amazing game. I don't know if you had the game when it first came out, but the tutorial was fucking hard. Especially being that I played the game on Hard Mode.
I'm running a radeon hd 6870 with 8gb of ram and an intel core i5 3.2ghz quad processor, I can set the game to max when inside dungeons and less laggy areas, but once I go outside my fps is a solid 10-15 lol.
People keep talking about how amazing skyrim looks, And it does, but only because of the mods people made for it. The Witcher 2 however looks much better imo, and was made almost a year before.

Re: any one here a fan of witcher 2
The Witcher 2 is brutally hard lol. Early on alot of the bigger enemies would straight out 1 shot me.
I'm building up my pc a bit more over the next few months so i'll be crossfiring 2 radeon 6870's. First thing I'm going to do with them is test out The Witcher 2 on maxxed settings.

Re: any one here a fan of witcher 2
i love it smart choice of testing u can all so test out skyrim might as well but it does not have the settings witcher 2 can offer
Re: any one here a fan of witcher 2
I can play Skyrim on max settings the way I am now, though I don't keep 60 fps at all times. I generally play in high settings since I have ffxi running in the background most of the time. And the mods make up for the rest while keeping my fps up.
Max settings on the witcher 2 murder my fps. Though High Settings keep me near 60 fps most of the time.
