Are these difficult to make ?

Its a .swf file. So I was wondering if these are difficult to make, as they seem the whole package as far as Sigs go.

I am also looking for some pictures of the Bleach characters with to make a sig similar to the one I have atm.
However I want ones of the characters in normal clothes as opposed to the Shinigami uniforms, the higher quality the better. If anyone knows of a site or what to look for to get these then I would be greatly appreciative.
