Youtube guidelines state that your image should be around 2560 x 1440 pixels in size.
I've never worked with such small images, so I'm not able to help you out with such a stock image.

Re: Request (youtube banner)
A 1920x1200 image should be more than enough. It'll get stretched out on tablets and TVs with over 1080p resolution, but that's not too bad. In the case of TVs it won't even be noticeable, since the difference between 1080p and 1440p is negligible at regular viewing distance.
For example, my channel art is a 2560x1600 image, of which 2051x340 makes up the PC banner, which then gets downscaled to 1262x209 to be displayed on my 1080p monitor.
Assuming the ratios stays the same, a 1920x1080 image will first need to be upscaled to 2048x1152 (minimum requirements) to create a PC banner that will be 1641x272, which is still far bigger than the 1262x209 banner that's displayed on 1080p monitors
So while I'm not able to help out with making a banner (I can only do crops :P), I can assure you that the provided image is more than large enough :)

I would say that one is more than fine, but I don't see why you need any help with it. Just upload it to your youtube, I guess?Nightcore Disaster wrote:i found an 2560x1600 image, is that enough?
Thanks for the explaination. I wouldn't really know if it worked, since some images are also placed with an offset, I've noticed. That's kinda worrying if you don't know how your text on it will come out.emilemil1 wrote:A 1920x1200 image should be more than enough. Most Youtube Banners I have made, I used a template with. I've also only used renders, not such stock images (exept for Maikel's 2nd Channel Banner)

Re: Request (youtube banner)
The problem is that the banner will always be a crop taken from the absolute center of the image (if it's in 16:9). So in the case of that image it'd be centered on Black Rock Shooter's stomach ^^

That, adding the placement of the moon...emilemil1 wrote:The problem is that the banner will always be a crop taken from the absolute center of the image (if it's in 16:9). So in the case of that image it'd be centered on Black Rock Shooter's stomach ^^
Like I said, some text would fit in there perfectly too. I think this image would look quite amazing as a youtube banner.
