Provide info about the songs and what kind of pictures you are looking for, the more detailed the better.
All pictures need to be in [ spoiler][ /spoiler]. (remove the spaces between [ and s and between [ and /)

Let me be the first. Remade this one from FLAC, now need a fitting picture. I am looking for pictures that has at least a character that appearance matches the voice.
The song is DJ Jerry - Little Girl (feat. Missy Babe), a covered, remixed and rearranged version of Sandra - Little Girl.

What tag(s) you used to find the pics?

I just want to warn you that those sites are ok but lots of images from Konachan (or Yande.re) are now taken from pixiv (for those who doesn't know pixiv, it's a strict image-hosting japanese site where you have to ask the creators just for sharing their stuff...pixiv is not even linked with google to make its contents invisible). And who knows if the op on Konahcan asked the creator of the image to share it and make it usable...

Recently, the channel xy4Trance got one youtube strike due not to a copyrighted song but to a copyrighted picture! (Here's the explanation) I don't recall the image but probably it was taken without permission from pixiv...

Pretty much all images (from all sites listed above, including Google) that are in anime/manga style come from Pixiv or from official promotions, either directly or indirectly, and it's been that way for many many years now. There is almost no way to get around it unless you want to limit your selection to like 0.1% of what's out there.

Either way, the risk of using a copyrighted image is still a million times lower than using a copyrighted song, which Nightcore channels do quite regularly.

I honestly can't recall. (That and the fact most of my ways on finding images are trade secret)

There's no standard, just do what you like.
