[Sticky]New Nightcore radio station - need help

Hi all, great news, the radio station http://www.di.fm has approved a Nightcore channel, I need songs for the channel and also mix of 1 or 2 hours, I can do it alone but it would go faster with your help! PM me for details!

Language has nothing to do with the music genre.

Take for example Blumchen which is considered Happy Hardcore so you can Nightcore them, yet it's not english.

I accept requests as in track list but the songs need to be renamed in a particular way, it's a lot of work, PM me for details on how you can help!

I'm now at a total of 28 songs, it will take at least 1,000 to open up the channel!

Thats a list of my faves. If you don't know any of them look them up. Also look up the list of songs by the original nightcore group and use all of those. If you're still looking just take any song from maikel 'cuz those are all good too.

yah that's the easy part, I'm working on it, the thing is that we need to have the artist name in the song, have to look them one by one which is why I'm requesting help people, I can only do about 20 songs a day and we need like 1,000 songs, I'm at 47 songs now, PM me :)

Ah alright, if i get some time (im kinda busy with school) I will help ya out :) also I added the artists for the songs that ik the artists for if that helps

Made a google doc, put songs names and left artist empty and I will find them. PMed the link to Zurd, PM me or Zurd if you want to help. Or I can post the link here but you will need to log in your google account to edit (prevent Vandalism).

Alright, working on it.
Another issue, when downloading videos from YouTube, I noticed that there are at least 2 version of the same video. 2 MP4 as shown below 23.2MB and 25.4MB, and I found that the audio quality of bigger one is worse than the smaller one.

189KB for the 23.2MB and 128KB for 25.4MB

Conclusion is to download the smaller one, not sure how you download videos from YT (Video DownloadHelper seems auto download the bigger one), mine is Youtube Video and Audio Downloader

I use youtube-dl, it's a python script and they say it automatically download the highest quality which should be true.

It would probably download the bigger one thinking it is the highest quality (in terms of video quality).

There is nothing wrong with Nightcore made of Eurodance and I wouldn't say it's in serious need of reinforcements.. since it's already on the air.
Anyway, the quoted list: these ones I wouldn't place on the radio. Wrong genres, bad quality. NightcoreFC. The whole list is on there.

We're over 800 songs so the chance you hear them is slim :-)

If you think there's a youtube account missing on the radio, let me know and I will check it out and if it's good subscribe to it. The account needs to post the artist name, not just the name of the song. Having the name of the remix is even better.

We're not really looking at getting old songs though, the priority is on the new songs that is released.
