Hi, I wanted to ask a question? :3
Hi, I'm new to the forums and I really do like Nightcore, I have a channel where I've recently started making some simple Nightcores, It's called Omgmeepmeeplol, Check it out. :3
I know how to make the standard female-voiced nightcore, But I wanted to ask,
How do you make Male nightcore? What do you do to make songs into a male sounding voice?
Please let me know, I'd love to make Male nightcores too. :3
Thankks. :D
P.S I use Audacity. :3

Lower the pitch and you get male voice, you can do it with audacity, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube too.
But Nightcore does not lower the pitch, they speed up trance songs to achieve the artificially pitched up vocal plus pushing BPM (beats per minute) to match happy hardcore songs, like the two songs inspired them.
Scooter - Nessaja
and Scooter - The Logical Song
So if you are lowering the pitch, it won't be nightcore (but male voice nightcore do exist though, like
Nightcore - Airplanes
It is also wouldn't be (fan made) nightcore if the end product isn't like the original Nigthcore songs (make sense right?). Check the original Nightcore songs link in my signature if you have never listened to them before.
Check the chat room in front page too.

No, Making a male sounding voiced nightcore which originally had female vocals.emilemil1 wrote:You speed up a song with a male singer?
I usually put my pitch around 20 and my tempo around 25 to make nightcore, So what statistics do I have to change or add to make it sound like a male?
Re: Hi, I wanted to ask a question? :3
Not possible while still keeping it Nightcore since you can't isolate just the voice. If you try pitching down while increasing tempo at the same time, it will sound like ass ;P

eg this is what happen when pitch does not match tempo.emilemil1 wrote:Not possible while still keeping it Nightcore since you can't isolate just the voice. If you try pitching down while increasing tempo at the same time, it will sound like ass ;P
