What are your thoughts on modified Honda Civics?

I'm sure by now most of you have seen a modified Civic or modified Honda vehicle on the street by now. I'm talking about the Hondas that have things like custom paint jobs, loud mufflers, and stickers everywhere. In California, they're quite common nowadays. I also saw a good amount of them when I was still living in El Salvador as well. What do you guys think of these vehicles?

We get them in my state as well. Most of the Civics I've seen suck. People like to dump ridiculous amounts of money into them, and often buy things that do not help the car's performance whatsoever. You could buy a sports car with decent performance with the money put into modifying Civics. I hope this badly modified Civic thing doesn't become a disturbing trend like fake nightcore.

Unfortunately, modding Civics has been around since at least the 80s and 90s, so it might be a trend already. Plus, the Honda Civic has been produced since the 1970's, so it's been around much longer than nightcore music.

I do not know. I haven't inquired since I am not eligible to purchase automobiles.

You might see the odd customized Honda Civic every now and again over here. My friend's mother owns a pretty nice black and red one with a beast sound system. :3

Yeah, but some people "live" for it, it's really weird. I feel pretty awkward when my friends start talking about cars and stuff and I get like "wtf am I doing here ._.".
