Switching the url BBcode around

The current BBcode is

And you put your URL in between the brackets.
and it comes up like

http://www.nightcoreuniverse.net/viewto ... =11&t=1349

What i purpose is setting it up like
you cant type here to make a world clickable

Such as Regulations

Ya just because alot of people dont know the BBcode for so changing the button up top to make it do it like that
