Update, Deletions & Topics move

phpBB is now at the latest 3.3.3 !

All users who never logged in were deleted and also all users who never posted in the last 5 years.

I also merged a lot of forums together, it's much clean and easier to navigate now.

Problems with bots is fixed, for new accounts they need to validate their email and 99% of bots use invalid email :-)
