I feel as if this should have been made a long time ago, but now is better than never, right?

Feel free to post ANY known songs/artists/record labels that trigger audio mutes/copyright strikes when uploaded to YouTube.
This thread will be open to viewing for everyone (for the time being) -- it's a community effort.

Copyright has been a pain to a lot of popular uploaders as well as thousands of their fans. Help yourself and others out.

Lie/make unbased claims and you will be punished, but I don't see a reason why anyone would do that.

ARC-RECORDS has been handing our copyright strikes on the fly lately! They have given copyright strikes to MaikeI631, HDTranceMusic, XLilChibiRaverX, and FollowthedeadEnd as well as over 20 unnamed others, all in one month. The record has gone as far as giving three consecutive strikes to users on the same day.

If you upload songs of any sorts on YouTube, please check your Content ID Matches A.S.A.P. to see if any videos are under the ARC-RECORDS label. If you find any videos, remove them immediately or hide them from public view to save yourself from copyright strikes.

For future uploads, I strongly recommend you Google the song and it's artist. Look for the current record label the song belongs to. If the song is licensed to an unsafe label, don't upload it!

A list of albums released under ARC-RECORDS can be found here, although this list is not comprehensive, meaning it DOES NOT include all songs released under the label but a fair few of them.

It should be noted that artists occasionally change labels, and sometimes their old songs remain under the control of their former label.

I've never heard of Zooland striking you if you give full credits to artist and producer.
Ultra Records and Sub-Labels are pretty much everywhere and the number of strikes are limited to those not giving credits or claiming track as their own.

For the most part, Entity: Believe seems to be alright.
If anyone got a strike by them, please let me know : )

I'm not 100% sure on Ultra records, but I'd assume if you upload AvB, you'd get in trouble.

BTW: If you have dj splash songs that are remix's, ARC Records will still claim that its "their song"
Summer is calling feat Sandra (DJ Splash remix), was copyrighted by arc records, and removed, from a user called minicoz5.
I'm not sure, but id' be safe to say, that they don't like remixes of their songs

Edit: Do not unload Jens-O songs. I remember sweettechno90 was banned because of this.

It is apparently forbidden to upload the song 'Night Nurse' by Cascada, but any other Cascada songs have gotten off without warning. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

RaveComing found that ARC-RECORDS seems to be a label of Fantasy Project .. that includes Dam Dadi Doo, so it's best to delete it to be on the safe side. There's already enough videos of that song already, so why bother?

Fantasy Project, you say...? 1 of my songs is from them too... Higher (I even posted it on my upload thread), it's been there for a while, I'd think they deleted it already if they're gonna do it

You should never make the assumption that songs will stay intact just because they are at a certain point in time. Many of Maikel's copyright strikes were from songs he had uploaded for over a year.

Does anyone have information on Scantraxx Recordz Official? I've heard they've handed out a strike to someone.
I've never heard of anyone getting a strike from TRAK Music although it is on ChickenButa's medium alert, so I'm wondering.

Giving artist names won't help in most cases as artists are often under several different labels at a time.

When it does give the strike, It does say "Mike Wind"
Doing a quick discogs search, the record lables under his songs are:
Eve Records, TRAK Music, Goblin records

The song hes hitting is probably:

ChickenButa, your list is great although I can't help but point out it may be flawed in some areas. I don't think you can make the assumption that Ipnotika is 'friendly' - just because a label strikes an extended version of a track doesn't mean that they won't strike a shorter version of a track as well. In fact, I don't think you can ever call a label truly 'friendly' unless they explicitly state that they tolerate short edits (Executive Records) or are pro-piracy (Lapfox Trax/Vulpvibe Records).

I would like more information to be gathered on Armada Music (B.V.); they are undoubtedly the biggest label name in trance and own full rights to ASoT, it being a sublabel. I've heard of numerous strikes received from them although I don't know how extensive they are with those.

(Loliland records) I think this is one Dj called Loli Lux. Not very well known. If you are thinking to upload one of her songs, you have to put her name on the headline of the video. You'll get banned if you don't do it or DJLOLI may send to you a message.

Most artist just removed it without warning, which just pisses me off

I mean, we are just fans uploading their songs in dedication and appreciation to what they do, making music
Everytime they do this kinda of stuff, they loses fans

A surge of copyright strikes have been filed recently by "GuruGuru" which appears to be a sublabel of Chronictraxx Recordings. The labels are owned by the Bass Agents (Khoo Hoong, Nick Chia/Ganjaguru, Ken Foo) and are mainly known for their "harder" varieties of music; hardstyle, hard trance, etc. - although I don't know if I'm excluding any other genres since information about them online seems relatively lacking.
EDIT I: I believe their collection of releases is FAR greater than lists you'd find on Discogs or any related sites.
EDIT II: They may be joint with Aqualoop Records and/or Suprime Records and they mainly issue take downs on popular videos that have been uploaded for longer periods of time, as well as frequently flagged videos.
EDIT III: They DEFINITELY target popular, older videos. It's possible that they specifically target Nightcore songs. They don't use the Content ID Program and it's highly probable that they use the standard search function to do all of their dirty work. If you don't have Nightcore videos over 10,000 views, I'd try not to worry.

Another threat is "Fontana Limited" - the size of this label is comparable to that of Zooland or EMI with thousands of licensed songs as well as 50+ branching sublabels. The extensive amounts of artists/songs/genres under Fontana are numerous and nonlinear. You probably won't be able to find a set list of their releases as they seem to have relations EVERYWHERE.

If you upload UMG nightcore songs. they will last for one month aprox. I mean, you will not have copyright strike but they block your video in other countrys, they deleted the audio... And things like that. Is really annoying ~.~
Also, there's a new copyright label called "Rassada Music" they don't want you to upload Nightcore version, but they don't mind if you upload the normal version of the song...

EDIT:
Zooland music only give you a copyright strike only for songs that you can't buy. So, now that cascada has include "Night Nurse" or her new album. It will be fine if you upload night nurse (not really sure tho x3)
