The partner program is for displaying ads, in other words making money from Nightcore, which you absolutely shouldn't do if you don't have permission to use the music. If you do have permission or the music is copyright-free, then there's no issue.

I have seen some DJs who stream and post shows to YouTube incorporate single Nightcore tracks into their sets, but nothing more than that.

The archives are password protected. With some luck you might be able to crack it with an unlocking tool, depending on how long the password is.

Are you using the change speed option exclusively, or are you also using the change tempo and change pitch options? You generally want to stick to only using change speed.

If the problem is something else, please try to detail the exact steps you take, otherwise it's hard to know what went wrong :)

Adjusting individual clips has always been possible (there are some artifacts, but nothing too bad), still doesn't work on an actual song because it's too complex, unless you do each audio channel separately.

Also this feature is just automation. Audio stretching has been in FL since forever.

Are you sure that you are setting playBackrate.value for the Web Audio source node, and not the playBackrate for the <audio> player?

You shouldn't need soundbank-pitch-shift to do nightcore. Simply setting the playBackrate.value for the audio source will do the trick.

Remember that before you bass boost, you need to lower the volume of the track first, otherwise the volume of the bass will exceed the maximum, causing distortion.

I would say that it's right there on the edge. Vocals and pads are very Trance-y, but the breakbeat isn't. Like 99% of what could become Nightcore uses a kick drum pattern in some form.

The correct 160kbps stream should be in webm format and have the itag 251 (I think). If it can't be found, the video isn't fully processed. The audio stream contained within is in Opus format. No because streaming uses DASH audio and video, which for audio is the 160kbps stream. The 720p stream you're downloading is normally never seen by anyone unless DASH breaks.
