oh btw whats paint.net, its a website or are u refering to the regular paint program all windows have by default

It's a program like paint that is downloadable. I don't know who makes it.

No. It's just like a copy of paint but with photoshop features.

Taking stops... you mean it actually STOPS downloading? If yes, trying downloading via another website, main download server can have problems from time to time. Also, check your firewall and such, you might have enabled somwthing that allows your browser to block some downlaods if they are ''unsafe''

(paint.net, unsafe??? Well, school browser talling me gmail.com is unsafe... so why not?)
